The war against the alarm clock

I don't know what to do. I currently have two alarms to wake up: one on my phone, another on my ipod touch. Actually, I set several alarms on my cellphone , at intervals of 30 minutes. The problem is that it's really hard for me to wake up. I hear all the alarms, I even open my eyes and turn them off, and then go back to sleep. However, I don't rest, because in my mind I'm fighting with myself, trying to wake up, knowing I need to wake up, but convincing myself that I'll just sleep 5 more minutes. In the end, all that extra time that I spend in bed isn't good, because I'm not asleep and I'm not awake. When I finally wake up, I feel really tired, and it takes a big effort to start the day with energy.

I think that's one of the main things I need to achieve in order to be more organized, have more time, and use that time in things that matter. I must wake up when I need to, not when I want to. Let's see how that goes
